I am a computer science major at the University of Pittsburgh. This blog is intended as a way of filtering my view of the world, as well as hopefully sparking some interesting debate. The goal is to create a “book” of sorts that talks about my view of the world. I will talk about updates and refinements during blog postings, and then integrate them into individual pages.
A (unordered, non-exhaustive) list of things that interest me:
philosophy, mathematics, computer science, wine, cheese, sushi, vegetarianism, veganism, pescoveganism, rationality, science, art, writing, calorie restriction, health, fasting, communication, programming, languages, thought, and consciousness.
I strongly believe in reason as the guiding force for humanity. And, since I believe such, almost all of my other beliefs follow: libertarianism, belief in market forces (and, thus, distributed decision-making), among other things.
